When a petition reaches 1,000 app supporters, VoxUK may create a corresponding official petition on petition.parliament.uk. VoxUK does not guarantee that all petitions will be submitted to Parliament.
All VoxUK branding, design, and app content is owned by VoxUK. News article summaries are generated from publicly available RSS feeds and are used under fair dealing provisions for the purpose of public interest reporting and commentary.
VoxUK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or the outcome of any petition.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of VoxUK after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of VoxUK shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
