Our community guidelines for a fair and respectful platform

Community Rules

1. 1 Be respectful No hate speech, harassment or personal attacks. Treat everyone with dignity regardless of their views.
2. 2 Stay on topic Comments must relate to the petition topic. Keep the discussion focused and constructive.
3. 3 No spam or self-promotion Don't post adverts, repeated content or links unrelated to the petition.
4. 4 No misinformation Stick to facts. Don't spread false claims, conspiracy theories or misleading statistics.
5. 5 No personal information Don't share private details about yourself or others, including names, addresses, phone numbers or emails.
6. 6 One account per person No duplicate or fake accounts. Each person may maintain only one VoxUK account.
7. 7 UK national policy only Petitions must relate to UK national government policy that Parliament can act on.
8. 8 Content moderation VoxUK reserves the right to remove content that violates these rules and to suspend accounts for repeated breaches.
